The Hemp plant has many uses, from the fibres being used to make hemp rope, clothes, paper and may more to hemp seeds or hemp heart being used to make hemp milk. Hemp milk is made by blending whole hemp seeds or hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds) in water, 3 cups of water for every 1 cup of seeds, that easy.
